In malaysia, private residential lifts (home lifts) generally do not require the same DOSH (JKKP) licensing as commercial elevators in office buildings. However, we ensure all JLC installations strictly follow International Safety Standards (EN81-20 & EN81-50) to ensure your home remains compliant and safe.
Our “Fit Any Floorplan” technology is designed for a compact spaces. We can install a functional, stylish lift in a footprint as small as 1.5m x 1.5m, because we require No Pit and No Machine Room, we can often fit a lift where others cannot.
This is our #1 priority. Every JLC lift comes with a Built-in Automatic Rescue Device (ARD). If the power fails, the backup battery system immediately takes over, glides the lift to the nearest floor, and opens the doors so you can exit safely.
Unlike concrete shaft lifts that take months, our modular aluminium and glass system is installed in just 14 days. This includes the shaft assembly, cabin installation, and a rigorous safety calibration.
